COMMODE OVERFLOWING???
The stainless steel faucet that controls the water flow is located behind the commode, near the floor. If you see your commode filling up and threatening to overflow into the floor, quickly turn off the water. Then call us at 859-0353 and we will be right up to fix everything, with our thanks for containing the problem and saving us time and money connected with potential water damage.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL HEALTH
Hint to refresh your garbage disposal - drop a tray of ice cubes down the garbage disposal to sharpen the blades. Never put anything in your garbage disposal that couldn't be chewed.
IF YOU SMELL SMOKE
This is the time of year when everyone turns their heaters "off" and their air conditioners "on". The first time you turn on your airconditioning, you may smell smoke, but it is just burning off the dust that has accumulated - wait about 20 minutes and the smell should stop.
